SATTC Club membership is available in three different levels of participation. Persons of all three levels of Club membership participation –Voting Members, Participating Members, and Visitors/Guests– shall abide by the terms set forth in the SATTC form entitled: "Voting Membership Registration Form" (click here)
1. Voting Member: A Voting Member is a person of legal age whose dues are current and who has accepted, signed and turned in to the Club secretary a copy of the SATTC Voting Members Registration Form. Voting Members may use the Club tables and nets AND are eligible to vote in Club elections of the Club, to have a voice in major Club decisions, and to serve on the Board of Directors.
2. Active Member: A Participating Member is a person of any age whose dues are current but who does not have a current, signed copy of the SATTC Voting Members Registration Form on file with the Club secretary. Participating Members may use Club tables and nets but are NOT eligible to vote in Club elections, to have a voice in major Club decisions, and to serve on the Board of Directors of the Club. A Participating Member can easily become a Voting Member by providing a signed copy of the SATTC Voting Members Registration Form to the Club secretary at least ten days in advance of any Club meeting such as for election of members of the SATTC Board of Directors.
3. Visitors and Guests: Guests and visitors are welcome. A person, whether a resident of the San Antonio metropolitan area or a non-resident visitor, may use the SATTC Club venue, tables and nets as a guest or visitor for their visit free. Subsequently, such a person is expected to pay either daily or monthly dues (except if participating in a designated SATTC fee-paid event such as a tournament or a clinic / league series). Guests and Visitors are NOT eligible to vote in Club elections, to have a voice in major Club decisions, nor to serve on the Board of Directors of the Club. However, if desired, Guests/Visitors are most welcome to seek membership as a Voting Member, as above.
1. Visitor / Day Rates
Any participant in club activities: visitor; guest; occasional daily drop-in player; or clinic / Ieague / tourney registrant ... basically anyone who is not already an Active Member. (Any Visitor may become an Active Member upon payment of appropriate dues.)
2. Active Member
An Active Member is any member of any age whose dues are currently paid but who chooses not to become a Voting Member or who is not eligible --e.g., not yet 18 years of age.
